Communication issue

There are several reasons why the communication between Mugnsoft’s components are not working correctly. Before investigating further.

Make sure all components are running. Make sure the required network flows are open between each Mugnsoft components.

Note

For HTTPS only If you need to add or update some Mugnsoft components' certificates, you perform the below steps:

  1. Add or replace the certificates in the config/ssl/certificates folder of the component acting as a client
  2. Log in to the webserver web page and navigate to server. From there click on the reload certificates button of the selected component.
  3. Check that the communication is now fine by clicking for instance on the check uptime of the component you want to communicate with.
